MY DIY LEGO MULTI TOUCH TABLE

Posted in Work in progress by jaeyounghuh on November 26, 2009

Hurrah
Finally I made own multi-touch device.
It’s very sick , simple and modern dope.
Haven’t finish the case design
but used Lego blocks for frame. Damn good.

Anyway tested my old software called
speed-racer ,which I posted ages ago,
on the table.

Pretty impressed :)
Stay tuned for my next playing with my new magic table.

play with Lego

Posted in dairy by jaeyounghuh on November 22, 2009

How’s your weekend?
It’s a quiet day with little bit of hangover.
Every equipment is delivered apart from a aluminum table frame,
and ready to make my multi-touch table.
But also there are some left Lego blocks around my desk.
Those were my little fun that make this quiet day bit noisier.

The first look & feel of my new table

Now, All I need is the concentration on softwares
with nice ideas and graphic.

I really don’t understand why people only use multi touch
devices for zoom in/out, rotation.

That is waste of technology.

My new materials

You may know, I’ve been digging on multi-touch device and softwares.
Finally my new materials arrived which designed for table frame by Lego.

It is bit annoying due to too weak, but also really attractive things.
So, these pictures about the frame for glass(table top) and
it looks quite awesome!

I also will use Lego for developing prototypes of my upcoming projects.

If you fancy to play with Lego, you can try to build your design by
software which can download from the Lego website.
